Description
Hello,
My name is Shani R and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others. With years of experience in providing care for individuals with various needs, I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for those facing challenging circumstances in their lives.
I specialize in providing hourly care, and my skills range from assisting with bathing, toileting, and dressing, to catheter care and companionship. I have worked with individuals suffering from Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, and depression, and I strive to create a supportive and comfortable environment for each person under my care.
Not only do I possess the necessary skills and experience, but I also have the ability to drive and my own car, ensuring that transportation is never an obstacle in accessing the care needed. In my personal time, I enjoy dancing, solving puzzles, decorating, gardening, and knitting. These activities help me find a balance in life and further enhance my nurturing and patient nature.
Additionally, I am an animal lover and have an affinity for all creatures great and small. Whether it's cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, or birds, I am comfortable and delighted to have their presence in the homes I care for.
Ultimately, my motivation for being a home carer stems from my desire to help people lead independent lives, despite their physical or mental health challenges. I believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity and respect, and I approach my work with a caring, friendly, and helpful attitude. Making a positive impact on someone's life brings me immense joy and satisfaction.
If you are seeking a dedicated and compassionate home carer, I would love to have the opportunity to support you or your loved one in maintaining a fulfilling and empowered life.
